IT Production Engineer – Scheduling / File Transfer / Monitoring (80-100%)

As part of the modernization of our IT platform and the adoption of new technologies, we are looking for a junior production engineer eager to learn and grow in areas such as Cloud, DevOps, and AI-driven automation. You will join a dynamic team of 7 engineers within the IT Operations department and contribute to the evolution of our production environment. The team is responsible for Scheduling, File Transfer and Monitoring inside IT Delivery Team

YOUR ROLE

Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on-premise and Cloud).

Implement and automate workflows using DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, scripting).

Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices.

Contribute to AI-based initiatives for predictive monitoring and process optimization.

Provide Level 2 / 3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams.

Document processes and propose improvements for reliability and efficiency.

Internal Contacts : Production team (Product-Support, Exploitation), Integration team, Infrastructure teams (Databases, Systems, Networks), Development teams, Service Management teams (Incidents and Problems)

External Contacts : Cloud service providers, Technology partners, and vendors

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Zero to 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins / GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.

Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.

Good analytical skills, willingness to learn, and team spirit.

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
