The Privacy Program Analyst provides the required planning, management and execution of the global privacy program, with cross functional coordination, and inter / intra team communications (full support to all Regional Privacy Officers) to deliver outstanding end-to-end privacy program deployment and drive privacy engagement across the organization.

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Provide the required planning and program management, cross-functional coordination, and inter / intra team communications to deliver outstanding end-end solution deployment of the privacy program and business engagement
• Manage and optimize the privacy program, and help to drive positive and / or required change across the organization
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions in the privacy pro-gram
• Partner with Regional Privacy Officers and representatives from the business to moni-tor and report on progress, resolve issues, and refine control processes, as necessary
• Establish and oversee metrics and regular reporting mechanisms for assessing and measuring the maturity of the privacy program.
• Privacy Analyst is a SME for the One Trust platform.
• Is the Primary Point of Contact for external consultants who execute the One Trust soft-ware that implements key elements of the Privacy Program.
• Ensure appropriate sponsorship and work closely with partners in the business to de-liver the Privacy Program in a matrix environment
• Be responsible for producing all typical project documentation - detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans and sta-tus reports
• Support key functions of the Privacy Program, including privacy assessments, data pro-tection impact assessments, policy updates, training, data subject request processing and incident response
• Have other responsibilities as assigned / identified
