Reporting directly to the Consolidation & Reporting Manager, the EPM Business Analyst will be responsible of providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and training, as well as maintaining HFM batch load processes to ensure smooth data consolidation.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide system administration for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications
- Provide end user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Maintain HFM batch load processes for loading and consolidating data into HFM applications
- Implement HFM system changes, including metadata updates, HFM rules updates, report updates, etc.
- Maintain consolidated data for actuals to ensure data integrity to support the business, and to ensure data consistency between applications and environments
- Maintain proper system documentation and controls on system changes, user security updates, system functionality and procedures
- Apply critical patches to Hyperion systems on the server
- Ensure solutions are secure and comply with IT Control procedures
- Contribute to other Hyperion and Consolidation initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Technical experience with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management suite of products.Solid Experience in Analysis, Development, and Maintenance of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) 11.1.2.4 or higher versions, FDMEE, Financial Reports, Smart View, Data Relationship Management (DRM).Strong technical skills including writing HFM rules, financial studio reports.Experience accessing Oracle Support to submit service requests, troubleshooting incidents, etc.Understanding of IT Security concepts (Access Controls, Change Management, etc.)Functional understanding of Accounting, and Finance, understanding of the B / S and P&LStrong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.Solid experience using MS Office with an expert level in Excel.Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languagesKnowledge of software design, documentation, testing, and maintenanceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical skills.A dedication for high quality service for business users.A desire to always look for alternative and better ways to solve problems and provide solutions.The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing deliverable.Ensure solutions are secure and comply with IT Control proceduresProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsKnowledge of JD Edwards accounting software is a plusExternal consultants will also be considered in the recruiting processBenefits
