As "Talent", you represent W lifestyle to our guests. You are the soul behind the brand and you bring it to life. W Talents are as unique as the brand itself and are personally engaged from a lifestyle standpoint to the warm, witty, welcoming environment of the brand.
AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
The concierge is in charge of Welcoming our guests with a wow and taking care of any of their requests to make their stay memorable.
The concierge is able to handle various requests such as reservations for restaurant / ski related activities etc.
The concierge is also handling guest complaints that are directed to him / her.
As a concierge you are also responsible for helping to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel and ensuring a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests making sure all requests are approached in order to offer wow moments.
PROFILE
You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team.
You have experience in Concierge / Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment.
You have a natural affinity to styling trends.
You have excellent people skills and have an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life.
You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things, you embrace change.
You will be fluent in French and English.
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Position to be filled for the winter season 2024 / 2025, from December to March
