Senior Consultant – Finance Strategy & Transformation
Job Content :
- Prepare proposals to support the acquisition of new engagements.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market.
- Work with clients to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, such as RPA and workflows, to standardize and improve financial processes.
- Collaborate with KPMG experts on cross-functional projects to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Optimize and automate end-to-end Finance processes, like Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
- Set up and enhance Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models.
- Advise on role profiles and qualifications for future Finance and Controlling experts.
- Improve performance monitoring with technologies for reporting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation (FP&A).
- Work with clients to identify areas for improvement in their financial processes. Design strategies to enhance the efficiency of their operating models.
Requirements :
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance / Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Transformation, Finance, or a similar environment.
- You have a solid understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and consolidation, along with experience managing large amounts of data and working with management information systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, is essential. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- You are a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong interest in technology, Finance processes, and creative solution development.
- You possess excellent communication and analytical skills and are a strong team player.
- Fluency in French and English is required; German language skills are an asset. A willingness to travel is also necessary for this role.
