Your responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the Product Development Recruitment meetings, driving recruitment initiatives, collaborating on strategies, and supporting the team to meet the recruitment goals of the department
  • Support recruitment efforts across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless process and a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract high-quality and diverse candidates
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with role requirements as needed
  • Utilize your understanding of the market to identify talent for technical and non-technical roles
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes based on data and experience
  • Represent the company's culture and values when serving as first point of contact to candidates
  • Actively contribute to achieving team goals and aligning with the company's vision

Your skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing technical roles such as software engineering, product management, and UX / UI design
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of the tech industry, as well as an understanding of key trends, competitor movements, and the tech talent landscape
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and candidates
  • Proactive approach to building talent pipelines and new ways to improve and optimize recruitment processes
  • You thrive in a challenging environment and can adjust strategies to meet shifting organizational needs
  • You are innovative, using creativity to solve problems and drive growth within recruitment
