Main duties
- Coordination of project management in the Innovation and Renovation teams for Sonic Suisse Genetics
- Management of project teams, timelines, milestones, meetings, risks, budgets, and resources
- Support with documentation required for Project Management and Quality Systems such as project charter & description, development reports, and risk assessments
- Coordination of internal and external communication related to Innovation and Renovation projects
- Solution-provider for project teams
- Evaluation of project inquiries with resource assessment and prioritization
- Participation and support within the Sonic Suisse project management team, which is responsible for cross-functional implementations, reporting into the group portfolio coordination
