Your Mission

  • Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications
  • Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria
  • Define tasks, timescales, milestones, project budget and required resources
  • Act as an expert on the use of ETEL products and understand the context in which the products are used
  • Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customers and market needs
  • Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products
  • Generate and update application and technical notes
  • Define needs, organize, and provide technical training to subsidiaries, distributors, and customers on the use of our products
  • Create and maintain training and course materials
  • Provide technical support to subsidiaries and customers on new applications
  • Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products. Offer technical advice when negotiating with customers
  • Propose product improvements
  • This function includes around 20% of business travel

    • Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent)
  • 5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering
  • Proven experience in mechatronics / industrial machine design
  • Good programming skills such as C / C#, Matlab, Script language, etc.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus)
