Client Services E-Banking Support, Customer Relationship Manager GERMAN Fluent Geneva immediate start. 6-12 month contract at least!!

Money, circa 95k CHF / year.

MUST speak German and English or French.

Main responsibilities

  • Working for a top private bank in Geneva, dynamic, lots of work lots to learn!!
  • We seek enthusiastic candidates who have ideally worked in a similar position or who are willing to learn. MUST be native Fluent German (plus English or French.
  • and live near Geneva (can be in FR!!).
  • Start 1-2-3-4 weeks is OK. it can for a young / bright graduate, it can be for someone looking to get into Banking or wanting to get into Technology.
  • This is a great way to enter a leading private bank and to follow / enhance your career.
  • We seek someone eloquent, well spoken, punctual - smart and a fun colleague to work with.
  • You will be supporting the operational management of the front team in actively identifying, managing and mitigating all risks arising from performed activities (First line of defence);
  • Performing due diligence on prospective client relationships;
  • Performing due diligence on cash transfer, credit granting and ad hoc request for the front team;
  • Distributing knowledge and best practice among Client Relationship Officers and Client Service Officers;
  • Performing any other ad hoc activities as assigned by the Management related to the First line of defence;
  • Enhancing top line, process simplification and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, flexible, able to multitask;
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to deal with potentially contentious issues effectively;

You will work with a team who support customers and their questions on E-banking. Can be private clients, independent investment manager or asset manager, the E-banking Customer Support team are the front line to support its customers.

Check account balances, transactions or view the breakdown and performance of your portfolio any time, anywhere so you can always stay ahead of the curve.
