HW / Electronics Team Leader.

- Lead a team of Hardware and Electronic engineers developing Ypsomed’s “state of the art” Insulin Infusion pumps.
- Actively drive concept generation, analysis and development of innovative electronics solutions and system architectures for our pumps in accordance with design development and control processes
- Responsibility for delivering functionally safe solutions with significant elements of cross-functional design outside the candidate’s expertise mechanical, software, firmware)
- Contribute to requirements definition, create design documentation and verification test plans
- Drive new component introduction and obsolescence management with third party suppliers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and development processes within the department
- Participate in peer reviewing of the various hardware development artifacts
- Working knowledge of the following tools considered an advantage : Altium Designer, DOORS Next, Minitab
- Deliver work in compliance with ISO and FDA Medical Device Design Control processes
- Support the team with HW related verifications including CB certifications for IEC -1
- Participate in our continuous learning programs sharing your considerable knowledge within our department
