Mission :
For our markets : Eastern Europe, Middle East & APAC (Southeast Asia / Oceania)
- Create, maintain and grow commercial activity in the assigned sales area by promoting the Bien-Air brand, products, and services
- Take responsibility for the complete profit and loss (P&L) of the assigned area / region
- Establish and develop the organization and infrastructure of the sales and service network in alignment with the global sales and marketing strategy
- Personally represent and embody the values of Bien-Air in the market
Responsibilities :
Define, propose and implement the global sales strategy for the marketManage, support and develop local sales teams and structures while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory quality requirementsBuild, maintain and grow a network of key contacts through a strong personal presence in the marketDevelop, maintain and optimize simple and effective processes for sales, local marketing, administration, and repairsConduct competitors and market analysis to identify trendsDesign, implement and oversee client training and event programs (workshops, exhibitions, training, etc.)Define and take responsibility for the sales budget and profit and loss (P&L) of open markets and subsidiaries, with financial and commercial reportingCollect, analyze and communicate market feedback related to products (after-sales service, PMS, vigilance) and implement corresponding actionsEstablish information exchange with other market managers and collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teamsSkills :
Higher education in business and / or technical fields, or an equivalent qualificationProven experience in a commercial role for international markets, as well as managing local teamsAbility to define and implement a market development strategy for international marketsEntrepreneurial approach with competence in managing commercial and organizational projectsAptitude for negotiating and concluding contracts with key accountsStrong interest in product knowledge and the dental fieldBasic knowledge of after-sales service, marketing, and medical standardsOpen-mindedness, sociability, and flexibility to understand and adapt to cultural differencesExcellent communication skillsProficiency in French and English (C1 level)What we offer :
