Job description

As an Interim Head of Global Marketing Agency , you will have a key role in the CoC Marketing department in managing the marketing agency efficiently and within budget.

You will be responsible for development of strategies for international marketing campaigns. Setting and controlling targets and KPIs for monitoring OKRs.

Leading and developing an international marketing team. Promoting collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Accountabilities :

• Managing the in-house agency consisting of a 50-strong cross-national team of marketing project managers, designers and external service providers and agencies.
• Maintaining long-term, strategic partnerships with agencies in order to utilize resources effectively and exploit synergies.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget service delivery.
• Maintain of the transparent accounting system for tracking and invoicing the services of external service providers and freelancers.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement within the agency team.
• Managing the Global Seasonal Campaigns including the entire campaign development process from conception to execution, including central budgeting and scheduling.
• Definition of targets, key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives in 2025.

Your Profile :

• Proven experience in leading and managing marketing projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, tools, and best practices across digital media.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align marketing objectives with business goals and expectations.
• Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns and activities.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities, deadlines, and challenges.
