Your responsibilities : Ensure data quality, especially in the CRM system (e.G., correct customer segmentation, types of customers, potentials, contacts). Train the sales team to maintain and improve data quality standards. Conduct market research to identify and analyze relevant companies in specific sectors. Identify and recommend process improvements and data quality enhancements. Extract and analyze relevant projects from the Swiss procurement platform of the public sector (simap).
