We currently have a rare opportunity for a Chief Information Security Officer (100%) with a high degree of personal initiative interested in blockchain technology and crypto assets.

The starting date would be asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Head the Crypto Finance IT security in the areas of DLT, corporate IT, business IT (cloud and on-prem environments)
• Maintain the groupwide IT security policy in line with internal and external regulations
• Monitor and enforce the proper implementation of the IT security policy in the first line of defence; detect, escalate and mitigate breaches
• Be responsible for the IT Security processes, risks, controls, findings, mitigation measures, change and pentest management compliant with industry standards such as SOC2
• Guide and collaborate with the SOC team to ensure effective monitoring of our IT infrastructure.
• Hold internal training sessions on information security, foster security awareness, and critically assess new business processes as well as periodically review existing business processes with regards to security

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or other related education
• Many years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• IT security certifications, e.g. as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Familiar with SOC2, ISO27001 and FINMA regulation relevant for IT security.
• Proven knowledge in advanced cryptography and / or DLT with a solid understanding of core security concepts
• Experienced security expert that can enforce requirements, manage expectations, and communicate security concepts and concerns across internal and external stakeholders
• Comprehensive knowledge of cryptographic operations such as encryption, validation, signing, key derivation, etc.
