Technical Sales Manager (Cosmetics) - (m / f / d) Switzerland

Are you poised to take the helm as a Technical Sales Manager in the dynamic cosmetics sector? A prestigious company based in Switzerland is seeking an individual with passion and expertise to drive success within the world of Cosmetics.

As our new Technical Sales Manager :

You will provide both technical and commercial support to customers.
Your knowledge of raw materials related specifically to cosmetics will be pivotal.
We value your educational or professional background in Chemical Engineering which has equipped you with relevant skills.
You will have proven experience in Technical Sales.

We are looking for someone who possesses :

Commercial Acumen : Understanding customer needs, market trends and how they translate into opportunities.

Technical Expertise : Ability to provide customers and partners technical insights on the properties of raw materials and cosmetics.

Moreover, we expect from candidates :

1. Proven experience managing sales processes within the chemical industry related directly towards consumer goods like beauty / cosmetic items;

2. Demonstrated proficiency at developing long-term client relationships while ensuring high levels satisfaction through product education / support services provided by themselves / their team(s).
