Duration : We have internship opportunities varying in lengths, from summer internships to 6-months duration.

Tasks

Internship Roles Available :

1. Customer Service Intern :

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, addressing product, order, and warranty inquiries
• Build and maintain professional, one-on-one relationships with customers by assisting them in selecting the right gear for their adventures
• Educate customers on the product lines of Nidecker Group brands (Nidecker, Jones, YES, ThirtyTwo, eS, etnies, Emerica) by staying informed and up-to-date on product changes and new product launches
• Collaborate with E-Commerce teams to share knowledge, customer feedback, training insights, and customer feedback allowing continuous enhancement
