The company is an internationally active Swiss group of companies headquartered in Zurich (+- 35min from Zurich HB by public transport).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of commercial agreements and collaborate with procurement for supplier lifecycle management
Provide legal counsel across global operations and develop contract templates to ensure efficiency and compliance
Offer IP legal counsel, manage trademarks portfolio, and handle IP-related agreements and enforcement actions
Promote integrity, excellence, and innovation in all legal activities to support Sonova's mission and values

Key Requirements :

Law degree from a reputable EU, Swiss, or UK university; advanced studies in business law are advantageous.

Qualified attorney with bar admission in at least one jurisdiction; additional qualifications are beneficial.

Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a multinational company, preferably in med tech, high tech, or life sciences.

Proficient in English and German, with strong skills in drafting complex contracts and providing strategic legal advice
