For an important company, we are looking for an operative Managing Director, able to manage a team of 40 people, deeply involved in the commercial development and taking part to fundraising activities.

• Uphold foundational principles and execute strategic vision
• Manage major events, educational formats, and publications
• Foster collaboration with leadership and committees
• Drive growth, innovation, and transformation initiatives
• Provide transformational leadership and team development
• Liaise with stakeholders and industry partners
• Represent the organization with distinction and produce annual reports
• Ensure adherence to organizational rules and principles
• Fundraising
• 7+ years of leadership experience in medical associations or non-profit organizations
• Strong alignment with the mission in dermatology and venerology
• Proven track record in strategy execution and transformational leadership
• Ability to motivate diverse teams and build strategic partnerships
• Knowledge of the European healthcare sector is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in business planning and operations
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
