Test Manager - Banking

Test Manager vacancy requiring profound Banking knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector .

Your tasks :

• Creating and executing a comprehensive testing concept that aligns with the company’s goals and the Global Test Strategy
• Providing support to the teams during the implementation of the test concept
• Establishing and monitoring measures related to testing as well as providing insights to the ART and senior management
• Analysing the required measurements for the different teams
• Building strong relationships by communicating with internal and external stakeholders while also reporting to different levels of management

Your experience / knowledge :

• 9+ years’ experience as a Test Manager covering all testing aspects of the SDLC including reporting, ideally in the markets or finance domain
• Proficiency in working in agile environments and a strong ability to create test concepts for agile setups
• Well-versed with test automation tools and CI / CD pipelines such as GitLab or Jenkins and the implementation of the same
• Knowledge of financial products and hands-on experience with JIRA
• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field along with SAFe 4-6 and ISTQB certification
