Student Support - Private Markets Operations Investment Controlling 60-80%

Job Description

This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx.

3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years.

Start date is as soon as possible .

Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Operations Investment Controlling team include :

• Support of daily operations (incoming data handling, fund valuation check, NAV check);
• Maintaining Private Equity related databases and analyzing data from excel with input to upload sheet;
• Reviewing quarterly portfolio valuations and cash flows prepared by administrators;
• Analyzing financial reports received from Private Equity fund managers;
• Preparing data for investors' reporting and presentations (include manual reporting tasks);

Processing of client inquiries.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration or similar at Bachelor level;
• First exposure to the financial industry;
• Analytical and high focus on details;
• Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
• Solid MS office skills, in particular Excel;
• Proficient English skills, additional languages such as German are a plus;

International background and mindset.
