Customer Service Representative 100%
Job Description
- Handling questions and complaints from customers, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
- Order processing and follow-up in contact with our Shipping department
- Answering and forwarding incoming emails and phone calls
- Providing certificates of origin and documentation
- Invoicing, credit notes and price control
- Backorder management (inform the customers and collaborate with our production for new delivery dates)
- Follow-up and maintenance of goods returns
- New customer opening creation and maintenance in our ERP system
- Manage appropriate filing system related to auditing requests and export document control
Your profile
- Completed administrative / commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization
- Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and / or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
- Proficient computer and MS Office skills
- Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
- Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus.
