Job Description

Involvement on Strategy & Planning

  • Actively participates in the definition of overall Business Change and Training strategy and plans
  • Supports the budget definition, based on input collected from the MEU project Business Process Owners & Area Business Change Leads
  • Provides input on Business Change & Training methodology
  • Facilitates cross-functional and cross-Country / Area communication & alignment
  • Encourages Best Practices sharing across the Areas and functions

Vendor Management

  • Takes part in the selection of the provider for the delivery and translation of the training materials
  • Supervises Processes & Systems Training consultants
  • Monitors budget, invoices, quality and timelines
  • Monitors work between the provider and the Central functional teams
  • In-Area Business Change and Training Implementation

  • Supports Business Change & Training capability for the Area Business Change & Training Leads (Train the Trainers / Kick Off)
  • Monitors and tracks the quality and timely completion of the deliverables
  • Central Training Management

  • Supports the work with Central Training Specialists stream
  • Supports the work on cross-functional Training curricula
  • Supports Central cross-functional Training Needs Analysis
  • Monitors progress on Central materials development
  • People Change Management Support

  • Supports Central People Change Area on defined activities
  • Co-delivers trainings (e.g. Train the Trainers, Change Management)
  • Supports preparation of a central analysis of country Focus Groups results
  • Manages Key User and other surveys
  • Supports results communication to the countries and central functions.

    Supports the team in day-to-day activities like :

  • reporting;
  • meetings attendance,
  • meeting minutes,
  • communications preparations and dissemination;
  • planning / progress tracking;
  • organizing meetings;
  • developing presentations;
  • Teamsite administration;
  • etc.

    In the context of the MEU Transformation Project, successfully supports the implementation of the Change & Training activities for MEU, working with the BPE Change Leader & team, the cross-functional Project team and the Area teams.

    Transformational Projects are key to deliver on Mondelez International’s growth strategy.

    The European business has moved from a Country model in 2005 / 2006 to a full integrated European model with a center in Switzerland. This journey included a number of major projects meant to integrate both the newly acquired business, such as former Cadbury and former Danone Biscuit, and Mondelez countries / areas (e.g. Central Europe). Currently, the transformation focus is on enabling Mondelez International to accelerate growth, and therefore meet its foundation promise.

    The Transformational Projects lead to one integrated set of systems, processes, organization and consequently way of working. These aspects often lead to major cultural changes in the organization.

    Change & Training support the changes with focus on :

    o Local teams coaching and support from the definition to the completion of the defined plans on Engagement, Change & Training

    o Central Team coaching on Change matters, Development & Training

    o Overall training effort for Key & End Users

    o Support during hypercare / business stabilization support, professional closure of the project

    Ultimately, the Change and Training activities result in :

    o Full Engagement, Change, Communication & Training plan per Country / Area, covering typically one / one and a half year and including several hundred activities

    o Full capture of changes in Ways of Working, cross-functionally, to the detail of the individual, for several thousand roles

    o Creation and adaptation / translation of several hundred training materials on Processes & Systems

    o Delivery of several hundred sessions of training, typically happening in 4-6 weeks around the go-live for several thousand users
