The Kusnacht Practice has a new opening for an International Project Manager with a strong focus on operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management expertise, operational insight, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with the leadership team. The position is based in Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international projects, ensuring smooth operational setup, execution, and process optimization
- Develop and implement strategic plans, feasibility studies, business models, and operational roadmaps for new and existing projects
- Act as the primary liaison with key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive efficiency, financial success, and service excellence
- Develop and refine operational strategies, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance data, to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within hospitality operations
- Develop and implement training programs to uphold high service standards
You are / have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldAt least five years of experience in luxury hospitality project management, operations, and strategic planningProven ability to manage international, high-impact projects and contribute to strategic business initiativesStrong background in hotel or hospitality operations, with hands-on experience in team leadership, financial oversight, and process improvementExcellent project documentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly define tasks and responsibilities across teams and stakeholdersProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantageProfessional, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismWillingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time)Eligibility to work in SwitzerlandWhat we offer
