Job Description

As a controlling business partner in the business unit PT-AC (Power Tools Accessories) you work together with stakeholders from various functions and support both operations as well as senior management.

In your role you will have the opportunity to drive new concepts and processes in alignment with PT central controlling functions and you can actively contribute to shape the future of controlling at PT-AC.

  • You will be the controlling business partner for the logistics area at PT-AC. This includes analysis of supply chain costs, alignment in forecasting process and related cost center controlling activities (, year-end closing).
  • In the context of measure tracking, you will be responsible for ratio project tracking in PT-AC controlling including further development of the status-quo solution.
  • By coordinating controlling topics for plant review meetings, you will work together with plant controllers at the 10 PT-AC plants and provide support for the business unit lead.
  • With your curiosity you will support the implementation of the new Bosch steering approach of Value Creation Plan in PT-AC controlling.
  • You will have the chance to bring in your proactive and motivated attitude in miscellaneous ad-hoc topics and / or projects.

Qualifications

  • Education : Degree in Controlling, Finance, Economics or similar (Bachelor or Master's degree)
  • Experience and know-how : first professional working experience (ideally in Bosch group and controlling area), very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Personality and working style : analytical and conceptual skills, strong affinity with IT, numbers and processes, attention to detail, good communication skills, open mindset, high level of commitment and initiative
  • Languages : Good English skills, German is a plus
