Your role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our business at the product, market, client, and financial levels, and improving our data-driven decision-making processes.

You will work very regularly with a Co-Founder and a highly skilled and experienced data team. Please note that this role requires a strong on-site presence to ensure optimal efficiency and collaboration with the rest of the team, resulting in very limited opportunities for home-office.

You will have the following responsibilities

• PowerBI Report development focused on Key Performance Indicators Management KPI reportIn-depth Sales and Client Management ReportsVarious other reports (Compliance KPIs, Business Ops KPIs)
• PowerBI Report development focused on actionable insights for the Bitcoin Suisse Executive ManagementProduct Owners
• Assist stakeholders in defining and specifying their data requirements
• Prioritize requests from various stakeholders towards the data team

What you bring along

• 2+ years of Professional experience with PowerBI in an organization of 200+ employees (Report Development, Data Integration, DAX, Performance Optimization, )
• Strong knowledge in data analysis, statistics
• Knowledge of UI design, UX principles
• 3+ years of experience in business analyst role in the financial sector, preferred in Scale Ups
• Knowledgeable about SCRUM methodology
• Experience with utilizing AI to analyze data is a plus
• Very good stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
