Assistant To Divisions Emea
Description
In this role, you will work within an assistant pool alongside three other assistants, providing support to the division and department heads as well as all employees in the EMEA corporate division in all administrative and organizational matters.
What You'll Do
- Support division and department heads in administrative and organizational tasks, as well as HR-specific processes
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-departmental and cross-divisional activities
- Assist in updating relevant processes and independently manage sub-projects
- Organize and prepare product training sessions, customer visits, and business trips
- Assist in organizing international trade fairs
- Prepare presentations in both German and English
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
Who You Are Who we are
- You can work on the following days : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Commercial training background
- Several years of experience in an assistant role within an international environment
- Fluent German and English skills (negotiation level)
- Service-oriented, flexible, and loyal personality
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Quick comprehension and ability to think holistically
- Team player
- Experience in dealing with customers
