• You are a Master Degree holder (Engineering or equivalent),
• You have significant experience with Windows technologies : Windows 10 and Windows 11
• You confirm a minimum of 5 years as Windows expert and you have expertise managing high-skilled engineers,
• You show good understanding of project management around Windows 10 and Windows 11 migrations,
• You show good understanding of security mechanisms and concepts (Defender for Endpoint, Windows Firewall),
• You are curious, proactive and solution oriented.
• You are fluent in English; French and any other language considered as a plus.
• You are Open-minded and have great communication skills.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Infrastructure & Support Team in Geneva as Team Lead Workplace Engineering.

About Us TotalEnergies has developed a strong expertise in oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity trading. Trading entities are based in Geneva, Paris, Dubai, Houston and Singapore.

TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities : Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).

What you will do Activities You will :

• Provide guidance and follow the activity of 5 to 10 Engineers,
• Ensure the TotalEnergies’ directives are implemented in a timely manner.
• Build the budget of our team (forecast, follow, closing)
• Describe installation procedures, equipment configuration and operational documentation.
• Train and accompany the operations team in mastering their tasks.
• Provide level 3 support on Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Build and ensure the effectiveness of Windows desktop oriented KPI

Technologies Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11, Have significant experiences on the configuration and the packaging of Windows 10 and Windows 11 thru SCCM, GPO and Intune.

Knowledge of Cloud Technology support of Windows desktop environment Candidate must be familiar with SharePoint and Exchange technologies (on-premise and on-line), Be comfortable in Citrix environments as well as printing enterprise solutions (Ricoh)

Contexte et environnement

We are looking to enhance our Infrastructure & Support team to support the growth of our trading activities (T&S and TGP).

The Infrastructure & Support team is part of the Information and Digital Systems department, which is a mutualized function for trading activities.

The candidate must confirm a minimum of 5 years as Windows expert and at least 5 years in a manager position ruling a high-skilled pool of engineers.

Reporting to the Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-skilled team in charge of Windows desktops and laptops engineers, level 2 support as well as managing SharePoint and Exchange architects.

As part of the team of architects, you participate in the Architecture Board to meet the new architecture needs of the business lines while respecting the Company’s security framework and Trading.

You need to keep up with the technological evolution of solutions. You need to manage and define your technology budgets.
