Growth and Innovation Manager
ROLE
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation
- Develop and implement strategies to assess and prioritize business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end process of turning selected opportunities into profitable businesses
- Build and maintain a broad network of contacts in key markets to leverage trust and drive business development
- Strengthen the company's strategic marketing and business development competencies
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities
- Monitor and report on the progress of new business initiatives and their impact on company performance
PROFILE :
- University degree in a technical field and MBA (or equivalent); 6σ certification is a plus
- Proven experience 5-10 years in product development, B2B marketing and business development roles
- Curiosity, agility and comfort in exploring unknown areas
- Genuine interest in customers and what makes them successful
- Business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and developing business cases
