For one of our clients we are looking for a full-time (%) secretary to join a great team.
Main Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Preferred Requirements and Experience :
Strong secretarial trainingPrevious experience providing secretarial support in a legal or related fieldAbility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with flexibilityFluent in English and Spanish C1 C2 (both oral and written)Proficiency in FrenchInterest in sports in generalExcellent writing skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and well-structured documents.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Start date : Available from 1st February or earlier / Location : Switzerland HQ Lausanne
