Project Manager

For an important bank, we are looking for the following profile :

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple projects within the banking and payment methods industries.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various banking and payment methods projects
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks and milestones are identified and tracked
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure project success
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment across teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards

Requirements / Skills :

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Engineering)
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
• Agile and Scrum knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Language Skills : Exceptional proficiency in Italian and English.
