Sales Manager (Ticino and Italy)
Salary 80’000 - 100’000 CHF per year
Requirements :
- Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 15+ years of proven experience in software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland and / or northern Italy
- Proven to work on direct sales on internally generated leads and / or through a consolidated partners’ channel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies is mandatory
- Native in Italian and fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand their business needs and seek for revamping opportunities
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and product presentations
- Conduct compelling product first level demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solution
- Clearly and convincingly articulate the features and benefits of our product to potential clients
- Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the product management and the techlab to create compelling presentation and messaging
