We are looking for generalists who are not afraid of trying something new. Experience with logistics assets is a plus but not necessary.

Your Role

Support the Investment, Financing & Treasury Team with daily tasks
Support in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities based on risk / return criteria and management of M&A / Due Diligence processes taking relevant considerations such as financing, legal requirements, risk, ESG etc. into account
Preparation of Investment Committee and Board related documents
Support the Team to monitor existing investments against relevant performance measures and risk limits
First touch points with various stakeholders and shareholders
Interdisciplinary work includes teaming-up with other departments like Sales, Purchasing or Operations

Your Profile

Excellent bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (economics, business administration / management & finance)

Experience in M&A, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity or Corporate Finance is an advantage

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, sound practical experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Strong team player and skilled communicator

Personal drive and “getting things done” attitude

Strong results orientation and focus on implementation, ability to work towards tight deadlines

Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
