Operations Associate

Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission : the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from.
Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
Your mission
This role is part of the Regional Operations Team for Zürich in Batmaid Switzerland, that is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of cleaning services, coordinating between our Batmaid cleaners and our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customer and managing existing ones
- Amend cleaning schedules according to customer and agent needs
- Ensuring correct information is captured in the Batmaid Platform to enable the successful planning, execution and billing of cleaning services
- Process damages and cleaning quality issues
- Help agents onboard and follow new agents during their initial time at Batmaid
- Provide answers to level-one admin questions regarding payroll and contracts
- Coaching our cleaners based on feedback from our customers, to ensure the continued quality of service.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English is a must, French and any other language is a plus.
- Faculty to handle complaints and be solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Hard-worker, self-starter with roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
- Social, friendly, and motivated attitude
- Fast learner and ability to multitask
- Hands-on personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
