Your Role
As Head of Global Business Process Management, you will shape and lead the evolution of our global process landscape, incl the used methodologies. In this key leadership position, you will empower process experts and process owners to optimize processes across the Sefar Group — all while aligning with our digital strategy and our ERP platform. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and digitalization — helping Sefar achieve operational excellence across functions and locations. Your Tasks
Process Leadership & Vision
- Drive the Business Process Management (BPM) strategy and ensure its alignment with business priorities
- Lead and coach the global network of process experts and process owners
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Empowerment & Enablement
Provide tools, coaching, and methodologies to equip process experts and ownersInspire and support them to identify, design, and implement impactful improvementsEnsure strong cross-functional international collaboration and knowledge sharingProcess Optimization
Ensure end-to-end process improvements, aligned with the capabilities of Infor LN and the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) – LN EditionOversee cross-departmental, international projects that enhance quality, and efficiencyPrioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignmentAgile & User-Centric Ways of Working
Apply agile and human-centered design approaches to ensure flexible, efficient, and sustainable processesFoster iterative improvement cycles and feedback loopsPerformance and Continuous Improvement
Define KPIs to measure process efficiency and business value of optimizationsUse data-driven insights to refine practices and scale best-in-class approachesCollaboration & Integration
Work closely with IT and Operations to align process design with system capabilitiesAct as a strategic bridge between business and technology teamsLearning & Development
Build and oversee trainings that raise process excellence across the organizationChampion internal development and growth of the global BPM communityYour Profile
Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred10+ years of experience in process management or operations leadership in an industrial settingExperience in the weaving / textile or discrete manufacturing industry is an advantageProven success in large-scale process optimization and digital transformationFamiliarity with Infor LN and the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) – LN Edition or similar ERP platforms is preferredSkills & Expertise
Deep expertise in process mapping, analysis, and redesignStrong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)A strategic mindset with hands-on implementation capabilityStrong project management skills and analytical thinkingWhat You Bring
