As an Embedded Software Project Lead, you will play an important role in ensuring the projects are delivered in time, budget, and quality.

As the subject matter specialist, you will have to coordinate many tasks across an internal and external partner network globally.

Lead the development of embedded software in close collaboration with the Software Architect, the Project Manager, teams abroad, and external partnersDefine work packages, and tasks and develop timelinesActively driving the implementation and testsRegular communication and status updates to stakeholdersEnsure quality as well as efficient and timely deliveryResponsible for maintaining the Embedded Software Development Process and it is followedDeveloping and testing embedded software for selected cases

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer science, or comparableA minimum of 5 years experience in developing embedded software and leading embedded software projects in an industrial environment (is a must)Experience in Scrum or similar agile methodologiesSound experience in modern C (C 11 and higher) as well as with PythonSound experience with ARM Cortex MCUsExperience with embedded OSExperience with digital connectivity, eg.

PROFNET, EtherNet / IP, ModbusTCP, IO-Link, or similar field buses is a plusExperience with cyber security, eg. IEC62443-4 is a plusEnglish on a very good level is a must, German would be an assetA valid work permit for Switzerland or at least an EU-citizenship
