As our Global Product Manager Valves you will be part of the Global Hot & Cold Water Controls Category team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio globally and ensuring the successful execution of product strategies. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in driving product performance, aligning global marketing and launch initiatives with local market needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position can be located in Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Spain, or any other European country.

Your tasks :

• Manage the assigned product portfolio and its performance : Oversee sales, profitability, market share, and brand strength ensuring alignment with overall category objectives and identifying / implementing actions to close performance gaps.
• Collaborate with the category manager to develop and implement strategies that ensure global competitiveness and customer relevance
• Support the product lifecycle (PLC) process from ideation to launch and phaseout, including pricing strategies that balance profitability and market penetration
• Stay informed about global market and customer trends to provide insights that inform product decisions through VOC exercises and qualitative as well as quantitative market analyses
• Contribute to innovation efforts : Participate in innovation initiatives and ensure successful product launches within the product lines
• Work closely with regional teams to tailor product offerings, messaging, and go-to-market strategies and to provide sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support the product portfolio
