Our client is looking for an ambitious experienced Life Science Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants to grow and immediately impact their clients and business.
Tasks
- Acquire new clients, build new relationships and develop your sales portfolio
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
- Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
- Working on both warm accounts and developing new clients
- Provide guidance and assistance to your clients and candidates as they establish their development in the Life Science industry
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional recruitment ideally in the life science industry in Switzerland
- Sales-oriented and team player with a focus on quality
- Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high-quality solutions and results
- Able to build your business in recruitment and continue your career growth
- Fluent in French and English
