Here at Batgroup, our objective is to become the global leader in providing “well-being at home” with high-quality cleaning services. With 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality. Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission : the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup, we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services, from booking a cleaning through Batmaid to hiring their house cleaning employees through Batsoft.

What You’ll Be Doing :

This isn’t just another internship. As part of our team, you’ll be fully immersed in real projects from day one :

Operations Management :

  • Customer Experience : Ensure our B2B business runs smoothly, delivering top-tier experiences to our customers.
  • Customer Success : Improve our client's retention by solving problems relating to agent absences, handling different kind of complaints with care and cleverness, ensuring a 5
  • service, and gathering feedback on our performances.
  • Agent management : Provide our cleaning agents with the support they need in their daily routine by answering their questions and requests.
  • Operational Strategy : Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Quality Management : Analysing customer feedback and making recommendations to improve the customer experience.

Growth :

  • Process Improvement : Give your input to help us improve our existing processes, making our business management more efficient.
  • Brand Strategy : Contribute to shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple markets.
  • Growth Hacking : Work with our growth team to explore new strategies for scaling our services and expanding our market reach.
  • Sales : Help develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

  • You are a Bachelor's or Master's student or a recent graduate from any academic background.
  • You are an innovative quick learner who is up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced, agile, fast-growing company.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of individual tasks.
  • You want to grow professionally as well as personally.
  • You want to work in an international and multicultural setting.
  • You speak English to a minimum C1 level.
  • You speak German to a minimum C1 level.
  • You may even have further language skills, which add to our valued diversity.
  • You are interested in new technologies : we are an online platform and use a lot of tech to improve our services.
  • Program duration : 6 months , full-time

    Start date : April 2025

    Salary : 21,000 CHF gross annually
