ALSO has three business models: The Supply division comprises the transactional range of hardware and software. Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the E-commerce Team, you must be a reliable connection channel between business and technical teams. Investigate, analyse, and design solutions in a constantly evolving business environment. When designing a solution, you think holistically, addressing the "business value" and aligning it with all stakeholders. Your knowledge is on track with IT industry trends and coaching / facilitating methods. In your daily routine, you follow two goals - execution towards the goals and improvement of the Business Analysis Track (overall knowledge and approach towards the business analysis domain).

Business Analyst focus on three primary tracks:

- Ongoing projects and initiatives.

- Support the state of E-commerce systems with usage and other metrics.

- Define Feature Requirements, Use Case Flow or other Diagrams that could improve User Story clarity and delivery.

- Work through details on initiatives together with the Team during the Development process.

- Participate in Feature Delivery as Coordinator and improve the feedback loop.

- Participate as Coordinator for Scaling Activities.

- Organisational Improvement of Business Analysis Domain.

- Build and Improve Business Analysis in E-commerce systems.

- Participate in Business Analysis forum and align with other Business Analysts.

- Work through improving the Business Analysis domain through all team development.

- Business Case Research and Analysis.

- Together with the Product Owner - research the market for new business opportunities.

- Work through the business case and prepare it for decision-making.

Your profile:

- Solid track record in business analysis or a related field.

= Experience in an agile development environment.

- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Highly organized and technically minded.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A team player with excellent communication skills EN.

Considered to be as an Advantage:

- Experience in leading IT projects.

- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile.

- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
