- Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of our Crew Management Systems
- Drive key IT and business initiatives in Crew Planning & Disposition to enhance efficiency and innovation
- Oversee the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of all Crew Management Systems, including manpower planning, pairing, rostering, and tracking
- Ensure CMS availability, accuracy, and performance to deliver optimal value in crew planning processes
- Ensure compliance of Crew Management Systems with all legal and contractual obligations.
- Define coding standards affecting CMS
- Provide support to SWISS management in negotiations with unions, focusing on improving crew productivity and quality of life

- Degree from a university of applied sciences or comparable expertise
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in airline operations and commercial business
- Ability to think and act cross-departmentally
- Knowledge of EU data protection regulation and local data protection laws
- Strong customer focus and innovation orientation
- Excellent communication, social, and leadership skills
- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of Crew Planning and / or Disposition is an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
