Key Responsibilities :
- Configuration & Release Management
- Installation and configuration of the software
- Administration and maintenance of the system
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Your Skills :
- Minimum 5 yrs. of experience having expert proficiency IBM Content Manager OnDemand software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive in questioning / challenging requirements and design decisions wherever necessary, in the interest of the long-term successful implementation journey of the solution
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently on projects
- English fluently spoken and written. Good German skills is an advantage
