The Performance Marketing Manager position is a central function within Group Marketing, where you will be working with all the business units of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG and joining a group of digital and performance marketing experts.
Responsibilities :
Campaign management on different advertising and programmatic platforms with emphasis on Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, CM360)
Leads and executes the Programmatic, native and other display advertising efforts for the different verticals
Supports the Senior Performance Marketing managers on the SEA
Drives performance, monitors, continuously analyses and recommends optimization and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset.
Troubleshoots effectively navigating comfortably through advertising platforms and analytical tools
Supports the team with additional online marketing and administrative projects.
Qualifications
Fluent English. Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
4+ years of hands-on experience on Google Advertising and programmatic solutions such as Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, CM360)
Expertise with other programmatic / native platforms in addition to DV360 such as Xandr, Teads, Taboola, etc.
Experience with retargeting solutions such as Criteo and RTB House is a plus.
Track record of working with large and fluctuating inventories. Previous experience in Real Estate, Automotive or General Marketplaces industries is beneficial.
Agency background is a strong plus
Experience working with the DACH region is a plus
