Our client is a single family office.Assisting and / or preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
Assisting and / or preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.
- Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;Respond to KYC requests;Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
- Coordinate certifications and / or apostilles of various documentation.You will have an interesting role with no timesheets anymore You will be based in the city centerBachelor degreeAt least 2 to 5 years in a similar position in a family office or a trust company;
