Governance Meetings and DocumentationPrepare and deliver governance meetings and related materials within deadlines.
- Develop meeting agendas, draft minutes, and circulate documents.
- Create talking points, presentations, and manage follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records and archives.
- Research and Analysis
Conduct research on governance-related topics, analyze data, and synthesize content from multiple sources.
- Develop statistics, briefing papers, and comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
- Administrative and Logistical Support
Oversee daily governance tasks, including timeline management, decision tracking, and access rights.
- Coordinate meeting logistics such as venues, catering, and attendance lists.
- Process Optimization and Stakeholder Engagement
Enhance governance operations and team efficiency through process improvements.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Proven experience in governance operations, public administration, or project management. (Understanding of legal, financial, commercial, or IT matters, including digital transformation, is an asset.)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Expertise in data analytics, with a preference for dashboarding skills.
- Proficiency with relevant digital tools and an aptitude for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills; knowledge of French and / or Russian is a plus.
- Experience working in an international setting.
