ICT Technical Advisor (Nyon, ICT Infrastructure, English, French, Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and determine appropriate technical solutions.
- Maintain relationships with ICT partners and ensure efficient communication.
- Draft technical documents, including descriptions, drawings, or maps.
- Coordinate with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and partners to allocate resources and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to improve service quality.
- Provide onsite support during events for ICT partners in case of incidents.
- Support the InfoSec Team with local audits during events.
- Help improve technical operations and the competencies of the technical teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services by monitoring key performance indicators and trends.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure development.
- Strong knowledge of Networking and IP transport.
- Familiarity with InfoSec principles and best practices.
- Experience with SLA-based service delivery and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Network certification (e.g., CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; good level of French.
- Event experience is an advantage.
- Criminal record not older than 3 months.
