Junior IT Manager (m / f / d)
Your tasks
- Support and maintenance of our data center and IT network infrastructure
- Collaboration in the area of ERP / CRM as well as the implementation and embedding of subsystems
- User support in the use of IT resources and applications / first and second level support
- Analysis and support for the standardization and optimization of processes and their digitalization
- Carrying out tests, configurations and installations of new components (hardware and software)
- Creation of documentation and implementation of training measures
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m / f / d) or comparable qualification
- A high affinity for IT and technical curiosity
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
- Experience in dealing with MDM solutions
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and appreciation of a collegial environment
- Flexibility and a structured way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
