Job Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and sports-passionate Trainee to join our Accounting-Team as of October 15, 2024, for one year .

The following workload is possible 80-100%.

For this traineeship, you should have some understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

You also possess an IT-affinity and high motivation for learning new duties and supporting the team.

Your main tasks

Booking of purchase invoices

Issuing and posting of sales invoices

Taking care of accounts payable and accounts receivable related inquiries from external and internal stakeholders

Preparation and distribution of customer account statements

Supporting the accounting team in other ad-hoc tasks

Your profile

You have first experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable or willingness to gain one

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting

You have an affinity for IT, strong skills in MS Office programs (especially Excel), and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) would be a plus

You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player

You are reliable with attention to details and you are solution oriented

You are highly dedicated to learn and acquire new skills

You are eager to be part of a dynamic and international environment

You speak fluent English (C1-Level); German and other languages are always welcome
