The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient operation of HR functions. This role involves managing and coordinating various HR activities while serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration activities
- Maintain records of personnel-related data our systems and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Responsible for all absence management activities
- Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientations and paperwork and off-boarding activities
- Organize and manage HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR-related issues and escalate as necessary.
- Support the HR financial activities and track versus budget (Pos, supplier contracts etc)
- Drive various HR optimization projects (digitalization, AI integration etc)
