Tasks As an Identity Management Engineer, you will be responsible for leading process development in the field of identity management.

You analyze, evaluate and adapt existing complex and highly complex workflow processes to changing conditions. You will also design new, sometimes highly complex processes in identity management and continuously drive forward process automation.

You will carry out workflow analyses to improve customer satisfaction. As part of regular software updates, you will design and analyze test procedures in the area of identity management and carry them out.

You work on organizational change projects and are responsible for certificate management with all market partners. You carry out a target system comparison of the IDM system with connected interface systems and monitor the ongoing processes in identity management.

You play a conceptual role in the introduction of new systems. You will also integrate interfaces into the existing process landscape in the various system levels (cloud / on-premises).

The processing of service requests and technical product support for the encryption software round off your area of responsibility.

Requirements You have a degree in computer science, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification. Based on ITIL, you have in-depth knowledge of service management and a high level of process excellence in dealing with the IDM software used.

You have already gained experience in project work in your previous professional life. You always put the customer first.

You are characterized by your conceptual, goal- and solution-oriented way of thinking and working. Your team can always rely on you as a responsible team player.

You have good communication skills, which enables you to convey your ideas to others. You enjoy actively continuing your education and see it as an opportunity to constantly develop personally and professionally.
