- Provide support and guidance for HR inquiries related to employee matters.
- Perform intake processes to determine necessary employee relation support.
- Advise on communication and rapport between leaders and employees, clarifying policies.
- Collaborate with people leaders to identify issues, review documentation, and monitor progress.
- Ensure consistent and detailed documentation for employee relations matters.
- Work with the Legal Department on inquiries / cases and reassign as needed.
- Coordinate the employee grievances process.
- Support initiatives like Sexual Harassment Training and Anti-Retaliation Training.
- Assist with offboarding documentation processes.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Update the People Services Knowledge Base and deliver training when required.
- Monitor legal changes to inform leadership and develop toolkits for new processes.
- Perform HR Compliance reviews to identify risks and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Lead HR compliance projects and initiatives in partnership with global HR compliance teams.
- Support global HR projects from an HR Compliance perspective, including data privacy.
- Provide HR Compliance guidance to external teams on employee-related matters.
- Create or revise policies to harmonize and streamline processes while respecting country specifics.
- Develop and deliver training for new policies and maintain the HR Compliance knowledge base.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR / legal certification with 5+ years of experience in HR employee lifecycle, compliance, and service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations.
- Experience in process documentation and management.
- Background in Shared Services and HR service delivery improvement.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent customer service and service quality improvement skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude.
- Collaborative team player with a customer service mentality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English and local language(s).
